210th Infantry, State Color. Composed of recruits from more than sixteen central PA counties, the 210th was organized in late September 1864. The state color was received by the regiment sometime after October 3, 1864. The 210th was mustered out of service on May 30, 1865. The original color-bearer was Sergeant Manaris Humelstine, followed by Sergeant Josiah Kissinger in April 1865.
